Sand and Surf Motel - 2012 Prom Rates in Seaside Heights

Add 7% sales tax plus 5% Hotel Tax, plus a refundable cash security deposit on each room.  Rate schedule reflects occupancy for 2-4 persons.  Additional persons will be charged extra.  (2 Night minimum prom rental on most weekends).

Cash securities are returned at check-out.  Adjoining rooms are available.  Each rental will be entitled to 2 free beach passes. If Beach Badges are lost, a $50 security charge will be imposed on each badge. Full Housekeeping will be charged $15 per day upon request.

Welcome to the Sand and Surf Motel.  We hope your stay is a memorable one.  The following rules and regulations will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests.

• To rent a room, one person must be at least 18 years of age.  Person's who are 16 or 17 years of age may stay with a parental permission letter.  Parental permission letters must be received by mail prior to the minor's arrival.  There may be no substitution of persons without prior approval of the Sand and Surf Motel. ALL PERSONS MUST HAVE PROOF OF IDENTITY.
• A cleaning cash security deposit will be required for each rented room and will be held until departure to safeguard against damages caused by guests.  This deposit will be refunded at departure once an inspection of the rented room has been completed.  In the event there is damage to the room, the cost of repairs and/or replacement of of items will be deducted from the deposit.  The occupants agree to reimburse the Sand and Surf Motel for the full cost of damages even if this exceeds the amount collected at time of check-in.
• Tenants will receive 1 (one) parking permit for each rental.  Additional paid parking may be available.  If available, it may be reserved in advance.  Cars not displaying the parking permit will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense
• Wristbands must be worn at the Sand and Surf Motel.  You will be charged the posted daily rate if you lose your wristband
• Only registered guests may be allowed in rooms or anywhere on the property.  Visitors and guests must check in at the office.  A fee is charged for visitation.  The Sand and Surf Motel reserves the right to deny visitors and quests based on motel occupancy regulations and violations of rules by tenants.
• Persons under 21 years of age are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises, pursuant to (N.J.S.A 20:33:15)
• The Sand and Surf Motel is a Smoke-Free facility. Smoking is permitted on all decks.
• Friday Night Check-In after 6PM

1. A reservation constitutes a two-way contract between the Sand and Surf Motel and you.  It assures that your accommodations will be kept available for you on the dates indicated, and it assures that we can turn away other potential quests for the dates indicated.

2. Your entire deposit will be forfeited unless written notice of cancellation is received by certified mail at least eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date.)

3. Cancellations received in advance of eight (8) weeks will be subject to a $50.00 plus tax cancellation fee per apartment reserved.)

4. It is understood that the Sand and Surf Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.
